Tar is a chemical in tobacco .When inhaled while smoking; it gets condensed in the lungs and cause lung cancer, bronchitis and other respiratory problems. Healthy lungs are also a benefit you can get by quitting smoking.
Arsenic and Hydrogen Cyanide which are used for rat poisoning and Gas chamber are also the toxic contents of cigarette. It is mandatory to quit smoking to avoid these toxic substances.
